At OKC Thunder Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fan gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are attached and the merchandise is in unworn, new condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
